◎千百工程 Project of One Thousand Rectified Villages and One Hundred Model Villages
    截至2007年6月，“千村整治、百村示范”建设工程已有71个村获得了“省、市级全面小康建设示范村”称号。
    By June 2006, the project had witnessed that 71 villages won the honorable title of “provincial- or municipal-level models in building a well-off village in all-round way”.

◎三大行动 Three Actions
     开展农村环境卫生大整治。全市实现垃圾统一收集村2573个，占全部行政村的47.4%， 开展农村“攻三通、破三难”行动：通水、通电、通路，就学、卫生、社保。 开展“千村千企”结对共建活动，引导全社会力量共同参与新农村建设。到目前，全市已有1378家企业与1069个行政村进行结对共建。
     Taking action to rectify and improve rural environmental sanitation: 2573 administrative villages, accounting for 47.4% of the total, have achieved centralized garbage disposal.
    Taking action to make water and electricity and road supply available and solve the difficulties of education, public health and social security.
    Taking action to guide enterprises to co-work with villages and involve all social forces into the construction of new villages. At present, 1378 enterprises have co-operated with 1069 administrative villages in rural construction.
