近年来，在政府引导下，通过企业主导、市场化运作的方式，温州建立起企业诚信、个人诚信、政府守信监督、行业协会(商会)信用服务四个诚信体系，诚实守信的信念深入民心，社会信用环境明显改善。一大批注重质量、注重品牌、注重信用的企业崛起。 2004年被列为“中国50家投资环境诚信安全区”；2005年被评为城市金融生态等级最高的Ⅰ级城市。

    In recent years, under the guidance of the government, Wenzhou has built up four honesty systems through the enterprise-based and market-oriented model: enterprise honesty, individual honesty, the supervision of government over credit and the services of the trade associations (or chambers) in credit. Now the concept of honesty and credit has been widely accepted by the public and the credit of the society has been remarkably improved. A large number of enterprises have come up that stress quality, brand and credit. In 2004, Wenzhou ranked among the “50 Safe Investment Environment Regions with Credit in China”. In 2005, it was appraised as one of the first-class cities with the highest level of financial ecology.
